Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable and in a beautiful location near the Changfeng Park and convenient being next to the Joy City Mall. Breakfast is good. Only minor issue is that sound proofing could be better. I heard my neighbour belt out Chinese songs to my amusement and another neighbour practising the violin.

Quiet and leafy location with cafes/restaurants within walking distance; easy to get to the Bund within 20 mins by cab. Staff very helpful; rooms beautiful; breakfast good - but the Chinese food is much better than the Western fare (which could be slightly disappointing). But on the whole very difficult to find fault with the system experience.

We had a very comfortable 9 day stay, the hotel is new, clean and tastefully furnished. About 15 minutes walking distance at a leisurely pace to SongHong Road metro station on Line 2, and 3 stops from the NECC, quite convenient for those participating in exhibitions. Room and stay are good but it is a little difficult to move around the different building with luggage.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very quite during the night. Good breakfast of mix of Asian and Western food. Staff is very helpful. Very good choice for business stay.

I love how ergonomically designed the rooms are, with ample storage space for all our luggage for a 1 week stay. The Meituan takeout locker is super convenient for takeout and delivery. Staff were lovely and helpful, with the Housekeeping for our floor super accommodating and willing to work around our schedule to clean our room whenever we left.

Great service, within 10 minutes walking for two different metro lines, near to Hongqiao airport/ railway.

Breakfast variety was excellent. One of the biggest spread I have seen. The umbrella in the room was very useful for the continous light rain in Shanghai.
