"After I asked for a quiet room explaining that'd I'd had a 04:00 start and needed a good night sleep for work the next day I was assigned a room just above the delivery entrance where trucks and vans began loading and unloading from 03:00. Impossible to sleep with all the doors banging, trolleys rattling, engines revving and trucks beeping. This was allegedly an upgrade, so if this is how they treat their Premium Rewards guests I can't imagine how awful the other rooms must be."

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly lovely staff! Excellent value for money. Just know you have to ask for hairdryer at reception and no phone in room for wake up call. But really excellent stay and delucious breakfast...fresh and lots of choice! Will stay again! Thank you!"

"Bedrooms look really tired and the room was not large enough for 3 adults. Despite booking for 3 people not enough towels. The shower dripped water continuously so you had the sound of dripping water all night and the TV had no signal. Very disappointed with our room compared to last year’s stay."
