The location is excellent. Most places walkable. The staff are most attentive to the needs of the guest. We were made to feel like part of of family. Albert in particular went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Eddy was the consummate host. A most memorable stay.

We stayed here two nights (23+24 June 2014) while on a round trip in Malaysia. This hotel is pricey compared to the other hotels/B&B in the neighborhood, but its definitely worth the price. The hotel looks like the pictures and has very nice calm over it. Service is great, we didn't had a refrigerator in the room but they just put a mini refrigerator in the room since we had something to celebrate! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Eateries are easily accessible. We were happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Penang.

I had a lovely stay. Good location, can easily explore around shopping and lots of food choices within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff! I stay here every time I visit Penang. My 3rd visit. Will definitely come back again.

Check-in was smooth and efficent and staff there was very helpful, especially the lady working at counter who later we found out is the female boss was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The housekeeping was done very well, even though he or she forgot to provide us with free bottled water after we check-in to our room and forgot to change our towel after staying 1 night. Overall was a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust
