Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs ๐
Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers.
Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping.
The interior room is spacious, clean, nicely furnished with comfortable bed linings, we had good nightโs sleep. The toiletries for shampoo, conditioner & body cream are from the...

Staffs were extremely well trained, greeting you and offering a helping hand anywhere you go.
Amenities were top notch except for the pool was a little small. Visited the gym, equipments were very new and advanced. Each machine had a towel and a bottle of water.
The room was clean, but thereโs slight Aging to it.
With the differentiated service provided, I will definitely go back or recommend it to my friends.

Great stay with family for 3 nights in KL. Five minutes walk to KLCC towers. Quiet room, with floor to ceiling glass window.Safety box is awesome. Not so much storage but the room, beddings is super comfortable and clean. Amazing view from the buffet restaurant (spacious) and bar on the top floor. Breakfast selection is limited but fresh, hot and tasty. They tried to change a bit of the menu every day. I like the best are the variety of fresh bread, coffee makers option if you prefer fancy...

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasnโt sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed.
There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. So if 1 person is in the shower, another outside canโt get ready, esp for...

Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

This was my first time staying at Scarletz Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised!
The room was bigger than I expected- it had a dining area and kitchenette- and I had a nice view. The vibe in and around the hotel is kind of 'backpacker fashionable', with several affordable restaurants nearby, and the Petronas Towers a less than 10 minute walk away. The pool and gym were both really nice- I would come back for the pool alone!
A few things were a bit strange- the level 8 garden is a bit...
