Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs ๐
Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Amenities were top notch except for the pool was a little small. Visited the gym, equipments were very new and advanced. Each machine had a towel and a bottle of water.
The room was clean, but thereโs slight Aging to it.
With the differentiated service provided, I will definitely go back or recommend it to my friends.

Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!
