"We had a very short but pleasant stay.Excellent hotel have stayed here previously. Staff always friendly happy and helpful checking in and out was quick. The room had a kitchenette. Everything you need and want comfy bed and pillows Two TVs Excellent location close to Bourkes Mall. shops, cafes theatres and the tram line. Everything is very walkable. Very quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant next door.We are always happy to stay here when we are in Melbourne."

"I had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented.
