"Very pleasant experience at our stay. The room was spacious with the separate bathtub in the bath room. The hospitality and the ambience is amazing. We had our dinner at the OKO restaurant was great and the service was amazing. We opted for the room with breakfast which was on the average side with not so much options in my opinion as compared to other 5 star hotels, that was a little downturn for us. E.g. no fridge, no free water, no terrace, no safe, no premium tv channels, no Tea and coffee facilities and we booked 2 beds. We did manage to change to a room with 2 beds and they put a fridge in the room which was disgusting. I had to use wet wipes and shower gel to clean it.
