The entertainment was unfortunately terrible apart from one guy who did the table tennis there was no active promotion of activities and the ones that did run weren’t set up well one member of staff just set up then sat on her phone and let the guests crack on One of the bar staff was totally rude and inappropriate giving underage teenagers shots even questioned my 13 year old why he didn’t want alcohol on holiday but it was only her all...

"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The first room were given on arrival late at night was terrible. It was damp and full of flies. We insisted on a move and this was arranged. That room (612) should not be given to guests! The hotel is not a five star, especially when compared to the standard you get in the far / middle east, US, and other parts of Europe. The staff were very friendly, helpful and tried their best. A few simple changes would make a stay better - eg a golf buggy type of transport...

"The villa is located in the mountains, about 20 minutes drive to a beach at Agia Pelagia, which is also where we shopped and ate, there being no amenities in the local village. "This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again. "
