"Super convenient hotel situated right next to mid valley south key mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Connecting rooms not available at check in."

"The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "
