Top North America Hotel Reviews

Element by Marriott New York Times Square West

10/10 Excellent

"I like everything the veiw, I was at 33 floor , they had breakfast, coffee station 24hr lovely room."

New York Marriott Marquis

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The onsite restaurants are great with great food choices. The View restaurant is a revolving restaurant with breathtaking views of the New York skyline. The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square and close to all of the sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s a 10 out of 10."

One King West Hotel & Residence

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel is very nice and they gave us an upgraded room, much appreciated. There’s an underground parking lot across the street with easy access and cheap rates. The guests in the room next to us got into a bad fight were security, and the police had to come so we didn’t really sleep much at all, but that had nothing to do with the hotel."

Hotel St. James

10/10 Excellent

"Honestly, the perfect place to stay if you plan on having fun in the city, enjoying Broadway shows, and really just want a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The location can’t be beat, though I would definitely request a higher floor room. Second floor, and you hear alllll the road noise, and it is considerable. There are no amenities, except for the most basic (soap, shampoo, body wash, two plastic cups, a hair dryer). Wish there was a bottled water option, but the bed was comfortable, the room was impeccably spotless, and for the price, it was perfect for us."

The Belvedere Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"THree generations with a 2-year old. Everything we needed: 2 double beds, refrigerator, microwave, and extra little sink, and they brought up a crib 5 minutes after we arrived with a clean sheet and baby blanket and extra towels. VEry convenient to the C, A, and e trains, but most of the stops do not have elevators. IT takes one Superman to carry a small stroller on the stairs, or 2 strong people to carry a bigger stroller. GRandma couldn’t help. NOne of that is the fault of the BelVedere. IT has been recently renovated, the rooms are very large for NY, and it is in the middle of everything at 48th near 8th Ave., Lively area day and night, but even the lower less expensive floors were quiet inside and out. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Free coffee and breakfast bars 7-10 am"

Park Central Hotel New York

10/10 Excellent

"I arrived in Manhattan with a rental car full of cases and decided to drop everything off at the hotel before driving downtown to return the rental. I was concerned that the drop-off outside the hotel would be a nightmare...it wasn't...the doormen could not have been more helpful and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was eager to help. Full marks. Our only negative comment was that the room did not have a coffee maker and no overhead light...if you're packing dark clothes in your suitcase bring a flashlight!"
