Vietnam Holiday Rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stays in this hotel. Everything is perfect and well done from the moment you arrived at the hotel till you departed. We look forward to come back again in the near future.... You deserve a 10/10 rating!

Stayed in 2 different rooms and what a difference! The superior room was quite small with a window but had limited views. After returning from our Halong Bay tour, we were upgraded to a balcony room with a beautiful street view overlooking the Old Quarter. Though it was a bit noisy at night, the experience of watching the lively streets from the balcony was truly wonderful.

Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

Amazing hotel and super central. Near to all shops and access to Fansipan tram. Highly recommended.

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the hotel is a boutique hotel with an exceptional level of hospitality. Staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful and can anticipate your needs including a preference for a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with western and Vietnamese dishes served at level 9 where you can get a good view of Saint Joseph’s Cathedral. The rooftop bar and swimming pool is a good place to relax at...

The staff were very helpful, always checking in to see if there is anything they could do. The location was great too.

Exceptional service and care was provided by all staff. Location is perfect too, just 1 block from the lake and within the buzzing old quarter

No comments, everything good

Excellent service, food and room. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cruise at Halong Bay!

Great view of the paddy fields right at the moment you reach the hotel. Calm and tranquil are the atmosphere of the area. Room was spacious and so well kept. Loved the concept of no television in the room so you immerse into the nature of the surroundings. There's a bathtub and bath salts were provided. Definitely returning again!

We booked and stayed for 5 nights and got upgraded to premium room on our last nights. All the staffs are very attentive to our needs and help us to plan our itinerary. We given them some feedback and the front desk Chloe actually wrote back to check and assured that our concern.is addressed. I believe the team is trying hard to improve better. Keep it up!

Helpful staff. Clean room though a bit dated. Will be good if TV menu is provided. Nice location and within walking distance to many attractions.

Great service from all staff in the hotel. Location is also a plus point as it is near food and shopping

Very nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and location quiet yet right in the old quarter
