"Quiet room, comfy bed, liked the kitchenette. Opted out for breakfast and bought cereal etc. In the room. Location was amazing, right at Trafalgar Square and walking distance both west and east attractions and embankment tube station less than 5 minutes away. Lots of good food options and pubs within a few minutes walk. Did not visit hotel restaurant or lounge room so can’t comment on them. Carpet in room was shedding a lot. We enjoyed our time and would book again."

"Great location. Everything was about a 15 minute walk. If it was longer, the tram and train stations were a close walk! Very convenient. The staff was very friendly. We were able to drop and hold our bags while we explored, until our room was ready. There is a room with irons and ironing boards, that was useful. Water refill stations throughout the hotel was great! Would highly recommend to stay here!"
