"Il Perseo is an excellent mid-priced, centrally-located option in Florence. Dont get freaked out when you arrive as the building and facility looked a bit old and worn, my room was beautiful and bath was spotless. The management and staff were just terrific in terms of directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. The breakfast is standard but quite good. For the price, this is a great value in an expensive, touristy Italian city!"

"The staff are very kind. Room was a little bit outdated and resembled Europe in the 50s, but there was heat and air conditioning and wifi. Free breakfast was good. "We received a warm welcome from Milad a who was super helpful with recommending places to eat and things to do in Florence.All the other staff were very friendly too The location is perfect for the train station and is walkable for sightseeing. There is a handy supermarket over the road. The rooms are basic but clean. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again "
