My family's experience at La Siesta was one of the highlights of our short trip to Hanoi. We were made to feel welcomed from the minute we stepped into the hotel and encountered Vietnamese hospitality at possibly its best.

Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). The staff were very very welcoming. Very efficient in changing our rooms. Welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise too! They briefed us on where to go, what to expect, arranged for a cheap ride for us to the airport. Sad to have to leave. Breakfast was great too! Loads of choices but sadly we only stayed 2 days.

Great service and very clean hotel room. More than enough space for a couple! Not the most central location though, the streets nearby are more hardware stores so you have to walk slightly further for food. Also, the road into the hotel is one way, so when taking Grab the car might have to go one round just to get to the hotel.
