"My partner and I had an wonderful experience at May De Ville Lakeside hotel. Its service was exceptional, particularly by Hannah. The rooms are spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and the room service menu was tasty and priced reasonably. The hotel's location is also convenient, central to all the attractions around the Old Quarter and close walk to the Ho Hoan Kiem lake as well as steps away to the weekend market. We throughly enjoyed our stay at May De Ville Hotel in Hanoi and we highly recommend!"

When the pick-up for the Halong Bay tour I had booked from Japan didn't come, I was waiting aimlessly, and they called the tour company to inquire. While I was waiting, they offered me tea and snacks, and suggested that I wait in the room. I am very grateful for their kind consideration."

Hospitality they provide are great.. never felt so welcoming as this. first time in hanoi is not an issue, they can provide anything from tour package arrangement, transportation, places to eat, to shop, and even money changer just at front receiptionist.
