The property is spacious for long stay though it also shows its age. Location is just outside the commercial and shopping areas within a short taxi ride.

Comfortable and quiet
Housekeeping pretty attentive. The soap dispenser is not easy to use with one hand and pillows were too soft. TV reception was rather poor too, giving us the impression that it's a 3D screening 😂 The size of the apartment is comfortable for 5. Property comes with a nice pool which we didn't have time to enjoy.

it was average. only love the place because it’s clean, modern and basically like typical 4 stars hotel. But the service is really slow like just asking for an extra towel takes ages and I had to ask again. even the person calling sounded so sarcastic like as if it’s weird for me asking for an extra towel. they should have known there are 5 people staying but they only give 4 so should have gotten those ready beforehand. The restaurant.... food was below average. Tried once for dinner and most of the food were not available! and it was dark in the restaurant and Im like do people eat in the dark here? was someone making a surprise romantic dinner? it was quite disappointing because its quite expensive but the service was terribly average. not gonna come here again. Thanks.

My son injured his toes and before the front desk could assist, the banquet manager (a lady) noticed from far and quickly gave first aid. Very thankful that they are all observant and empathetic.

One of the best deals I ever had!
I book a 3 beds apartments, and this hotel put all my friends in awe ever since its front gate! Very clean, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff (even the room service guy helped us taking pictures). Gonna recomend this to all!

Will not stay again
The room lacks maintenance and cleaning. Only 3 bath towels, 1 bath mat and 2 slipper were given when we booked for 4 pax. When we call for the missing items, it took 30mins to deliver. Bath towel never came and Bath mats had huge blood stain. Floor was sticky. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay.

Big apartment. Very comfortable.
My family of four book a two bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and clean except for a few small crockoaches we found in the bathroom. Overally the stay was good even though the staffs were not very friendly. It was my second stay at the apartment and i will probably come back here again.

Not worth the money!
The apartment was not very clean.When we got there, there was no hot water, the 2 tvs didn't work as expected (one shut off by itself and the other would not turn on),the microwave didn't work too,the wi-fi was awful,the washer didn't work,they advertised that they have a dvd player but it doesn't even play dvds(only cds), and worst of all, there was no amenities in the room...NOTHING! And this is an expensive hotel.I've been to more affordable hotels and even there, there was amenities(like tooth brush,shower cap, shampoo,cotton buds, razors).Somerset had NOTHING ready for us.The only thing good was the view from the room. For us, this hotel is not worth the money.We didn't felt comfortable in any way. I hated it and I will definitely not go back there.SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you want a good hotel in Jakarta and you can afford it,stay in Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta.At least it's worth the money, not like this place.

The room was spacious. The only setback was they advertise for the 3 bedroom includes 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Single beds. But when we check in there was only 1 Single bed. So we were kind of short change on that. Otherwise the stay was good.

Beautiful city stay.
We were given an enormous apartment with 2 bedrooms, Perfect for a family stay. Rooms super clean as is the whole complex. The complex additionally offers outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and small shop so you have all conveniences on site. This is useful in Jakarta where local shops are absent and a taxi is required for practically anything.
