service is very good, housekeeping staff are very honest though i dropped 5baht in the sink, they picked it up and placed back on the dresser. Very clean and spacious room. Just that the hotel has aged a little, best to do some touch up for more customers to return, overall 4/5 stars!!
I enjoyed my stay at the Mandarin Hotel during my visit in Bangkok. Staff was always helpful and courteous, they always measure sure I was comfort and taken care of. I will stay again at this hotel!

The rooms are slightly on the smaller side, just enough for 2 person with few luggages to fit in. Overall experience was excellent. Except for one thing, they don’t have a nurse or clinic in the hotel when we looked for one. I think every hotel should have one in case of emergency.
