Hotels with smoking rooms in Kampung Dollah

Beautiful hotel and convenient place. I always use this hotel in KL

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping. The interior room is spacious, clean, nicely furnished with comfortable bed linings, we had good night’s sleep. The toiletries for shampoo, conditioner & body cream are from the...

Even is old hotel but still keep high quality and 5star service.

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. So if 1 person is in the shower, another outside can’t get ready, esp for...

Everything about the hotel was flawless. Had an incredible stay with a superb view of the Petronas Towers. Super convenient to get to KLCC and other shopping areas! It was a restful stay that we enjoyed very much.

Convenient. Next to a park

It was a luxurious experience, the service was out of this world and the entire property just felt really safe with a super nice view from the room. The breakfast and food were pretty good as well and it was definitely worth the price for the stay if you are looking for something more luxurious. The room was very spacious together with the toilet and there was even a toto washlet toilet bowl!

Spent 3d2n at Royal Chulan KL. We managed to get an early check-in at 0930 and the whole process took less than 10 mins. Staffs at the reception are very friendly. The room is awesome, it's huge and grand. However, I pierced my toe onto a nail at the carpeting area in the room. Apparently, the carpet was so worn out that the nail was protruding from the ground.Maybe that's something the management can look into. Breakfast had a wide spread, impressive work! Will definitely go back to this hotel...

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Wifi in the room a bit weak and aircon a bit noisy. Room is big a pity that bathroom and bedroom are connected via a sliding door which make it very inconvenient as we can see people inside bathing or visiting the Tories and worst only one plug in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. Overall the stay is good and very easy access to mall.

This is a great place. But if you plan on doing touristy stuff in the city area then it might not be for you, unless you're driving or are willing to fork out for taxi/uber/grab (the city is only a 15-20 minutes drive). The neighbourhood is laid-back with cafes, eateries, spas, shish joints littered all around. There's also the massive suburban mall, Publika, a few minutes away. Great Hotel. Will keep visiting it.

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Convenience and easy assessable to shopping and eatery
