The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was close to the KLCC Park and nightly water show. Walking distance to the Petronis Towers. Aquarium was walking. Also the hop on and off bus has 2 stops close to the hotel.

The room was comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for access to the Convention Center, Petronas Twin Towers and other center city attractions. The breakfast at the adjacent Bodega was somewhat limited, but the staff were accommodating.

The property is not well maintained, we had issues with the aircon and was super warm and though they sent their staff trying to fix it, it didn’t help at all and they didn’t even entertain our request changing the room. The room over all sure it was spacious, but nothing special. The pool area was just mediocre, it’s not staffed, and the ambience felt like a condominium pool. Do not recommend.

If you're organizing an airport pickup for a large group, go with double what you think you need. We were 10 adults and the sent a van we crammed into that barely fit us and our luggage. Wifi in the rooms, gym, and pool was spotty at best and only really worked in the lobby. No lobby bathrooms.

We really love the apartment as it’s fully equipped. There’s an oven, a toaster, big fridge, they even have a separate tap just for drinking water. Toilet is huge and very clean. The room is very spacious for our 2 toddlers to roam around. The receptionist. Puteri, is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again for future KL trip.

Everything was good, not enough carpark for us. Hope can free parking based on room instead of unit. We rent 2 unit of 3 room apartment stay for 12 person. 2 carpark that's not enough for me.

The hotel wasn’t maintained properly. Water from all the taps and pipes were brown and dirty. We didn’t shower for the first night as we were advised to run the water for a few hours overnight. Some lights were not working and the phone battery had to be replaced. The curtain hinge was also loose. Clearly this property didn’t bother to do proper maintenance after reopening from Covid lockdowns etc. Staff also lacked the sense of urgency and proper training and were just going through the motions even though we were having serious issues with the room.

We arrived at hotel at 5.30pm but front desk informed room was not ready. We have already arrived late than standard check in time but still not expecting a room to rest and did not receive an early notice from hotel as well. Hotel did not try to compensate or offer any solution but just mentioned previous guest late check out which leads to slowness. Disappointed with the check in service

Check in extremely slow, crowded But process too slow, queqe number 5th took an hour with 3 counters. Insufficient Parking Even advertised parking provided, hv to park paid car park with extremely costly. Breakfast pack too small portion. Anyway, room is good and comfortable.

Its so rare to have a room that is so beautiful and has a balcony in the city center. First class amenities, from the room to the poolside. Breakfast with an additional charge of rm21 per person was absolutely worth it. We opted for the Asian and Western menu which was served in the room. The only setback was the check in process. The lady who checked us in did not brief us about any special SOP for the usage of the pool or even suggesting for breakfast. We proactively asked for breakfast and she just said thats rm21 and we had to call up the guest service to enquire about the pool. Kudos to the night shift Front Desk Duos who made us feel good by greeting us with warmth and great smile even being masked. Minor issues like this can be improvised though. Will surely repeat our stay here!
