Excellent property and staff team. Easy walk to KLCC metro and shopping centre with food hall. Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL

Amazing place to stay. Location, walkability and connections to the metro were just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Every time I entered or left the hotel, the staff were smiling and always greeted no matter the time of day. I was given a view of the Petronas Twin Towers from my apartment and the hotel even gave me a small gift for my birthday. The rooftop pool was incredible and the 6th floor pool was great too. I also tried out the inhouse Peranakan massage service on the 6th floor and it was perfect, a lot cheaper than any massage place in KL. There is also a shortcut to the KLCC metro station. If you walk left from the entrance and then walk towards the Avenue K mall, head down the stairs to the basement and you’ll see the KLCC metro. You can also go to Suria KLCC mall and Pavilion via this route too - Great for super hot days when you just want air conditioning or street less walks Overall, I couldn’t fault Ascott Star KLCC. I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to KL.

I would definitely give a 5star to this hotel if the breakfast wasn’t this bad. Everything is perfect, rooms, pools, lobby, views, service, staffs. The only downside is breakfast which is poor, stingy and in a terrible separated room, absolutely disaster coffee, which ruins the way you would start your day. If you ever decide to book this hotel, give yourself a favour and plan your breakfast outside, perhaps in KLCC. Apart from breakfast, loved everything and might come back again.

Large shopping malls just nearby. Easy to get to the monorail through the mall. Ask the concierge for the short cut. Save you much more time. Spacious suite. Comfortable mattress.

We stayed at the Ascott Star KLCC Kuala Lumpur for a week in December and had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of KLCC, close to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and KLCC Park. It is new, officially opened in 2022. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully equipped, with an amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers from the windows, and the king size bed is very comfortable, at a reasonable price. The infinity pool overlooks the Petronas Twin Towers. After reading the reviews, we did not have breakfast there but we ate at the rooftop restaurant and the variety of food is something that needs to be improved. The reception staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone and will definitely come back next time. Thank you Ascott Star.

Fantastic facilities in this stylish property, combined with excellent customer service, friendly staff and high standards. The property has a rooftop pool with amazing view of Petronas Towers (although no shade unfortunately) and a HUGE pool on the 6th floor with numerous places to sit or lounge including poolside cabanas and spa jet areas. Room was spotless and very well equipped including full kitchen and washer/dryer. Only negative was confusion on arrival as we were dropped by our taxi at the wrong tower (there are 3 towers that all go by the same name and address!) - better drop off instructions are needed - ask taxi to drop you at Alva restaurant for the correct entrance. Staff were super welcoming and extremely helpful. Would stay again if in KL.

We had a very spacious clean room with a washing machine and kettle. The hotel has a roof top pool with a great view of the city and the Petronas towers, which are very close.

Hotel is a nice modern facility. Pool areas and gym were fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean with all home comforts. Hotel does not have room service, restaurant or cafe. Breakfast can be supplied, however, very ordinary food and best to be avoided.

Ascott Star staff are friendly, room is clean and parking space is not a problem if you follow their instruction to park at B3 or B4 at the other level are meant for the residents at Ascott. Even though is only 1 night stay but it is definitely worth the money spent for this accommodation. Will definitely book again if I do travel to Kuala Lumpur again.

This property is a great find. It is brand new so all the amenities in the apartment were up to a very high standard. The 2 bedroom Is spacious, modern and classy. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are first class- from check in to check out, they have been very courteous, efficient and very professional. The view from the rooftop pool desk was spectacular, overlooking the Petronas twin towers. It was just a shame that we only stayed for a night. Will definitely stay here again when next in KL. Property wise is excellent. However, here are issue i had during my stay: 1) Check-in waiting time almost 1 hour, even there were only 4 guest there. 2) After check-in, they told me room is not ready yet and need to wait another 30 minutes. Check-in time is at 3PM and i only get the room key at 430 PM. 3) Room aircond is not functioning well. It showing error. Call and meet guest service but they were busy with incoming guest for check-in. Technicians came after 1 hour and confirmed aircond is broken. 4) Had to wait for another 1 hour, before guest service call back to change the room. She deliver the new room key 30 minutes later. I went to the new room after 7PM and basically lost 4 hours of stay/rest due to this issue.

Sehr schöner Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf die Petrona Twin Towers. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer mit kompletter Kücheneinrichtung einschl Waschmaschine. Kurzer Weg zu den Twintowers und MRT-Station KLCC. Nur das Duschwasser morgens war leider nur lauwarm. Leckeres Früstück!

KLCC에서 가까운 좋은 시설의 레지던스
KLCC에서 가깝고, 주변에 차가 막히지 안하 출장에는 최적의 위치입니다. 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 매우 친절하게 잘 응대해 주시네요... 다만 엘리베이터 타는 시간이 좀 오래 걸리는 것 외에는 아주 좋았습니다.

房卡無法進入公共區域,換了一次,還是無法成功,需再換一次,才可使用,櫃檯人員訓練需再加強,房間廁所沒有窗戶,沒有抽風機,味道散到房間!有一天沒有整理房間
