"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"Very pleased with the overall experience at the Corazon. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The proximity to the marina afforded us the opportunity to get some solid steps in but not have to go too far for shops and restaurants. "It seems most rooms will have an ocean view. Good solid food choices. There are 6 or so restaurants. 4 main ones are open for nights. An Italian restaurant, A Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant, and an optional steak house (the steak house was extra if you wanted to go there.). There were 2 restaurants open by the pool area each day until 5. "

"This is a really nice place. The staff is over-the-top kind and wanting to help out with anything. Made us feel very special. I would have no problem recommending this place. They have quite a few kids on one side of the resort, but they also have an adult pool on the other side, which is good. The food is delicious. We had a small issue with the French restaurant (service slow) so I wouldn’t recommend the beef tenderloin or coq au vin but everything else was great. You cannot swim in the ocean though, but the waves are pretty spectacular to watch and listen to."

"The room was great, no issues. The staff was great. We did not get a welcome packet, but later found out we would have received one when we spoke with the timeshare selling people. We declined at the start of our vacation. You can not swim at the beach in front of the hotel due to the strong undercurrent. The food at the buffet was ok. The steak house food was amazing, very good. The 2 shows were entertaining and fun. Loved the location of the Hotel, very close to the Marina. Very safe area. We would recmmend to stay. We will return. "
