Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view.
The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍
Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread.
Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent.
Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time!
But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.
