"Excellent hotel with great location"

"Amazing staff, pool was amazing. We had the Mizu suite for 2 adults + 2 kids. It was a little small - living area is not physically separate from the bedroom, and the pull-out couch is a double (not a queen). Breakfast was superb, plus all the lounge amenities. Kids were treated well. Would definitely stay here again (but would try and get a bigger room for 4). Thank you!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, lots of snack food options in the convenience store. Room is bigger than I expected. Especially my son threw up in the bathroom and they gave us a new room to move in very quickly. Very helpful."

"The hotel was very clean. The rooms large and the bathroom was great with a separate bath and shower. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and attentive. They spoke perfect English and were always helpful. The location to 2 different stations (Hamamatsucho and Takeshiba) made travel easy. If you don’t eat at the hotel then restaurant options are limited nearby. The breakfast was good, but not top notch. The bay view was a very nice plus. The windows have a nice sitting area."
