"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "Lovely hotel in central Osaka. Namba is close to lord of attractions and the hotel is only 10min walk to the station.
Family room is a must if you have kids, with bunk beds looking out into Osaka and a door to separate the rooms it’s worth the upgrade.

"This was my 2nd time staying at the Candeo the Tower, will always highly recommend. The spa and other amenities breakfast area with the south view over the Oebashi Bridge is a must.
A little minus is the toilet size is a bit too small to get in. Other than that, I love the place. "
