I like clean, quiet, and convenient location. The entrance of the subway SamSung station is few meters away from hotel lobby. Also there are food courts diagonally across the street.

The hotel is located in an area of shopping/dining. The hotel is nice, clean and has all basic amenities. Checkin was fast and efficient

Surrounded by construction site. Soundproof not good. Lifts are very slow. Disrupted by cleaning staff on one day at around 11:30, even after telling her to come back later, she insisted to come in and changed towels, emptied bins, while I was getting ready to leave.

It was convenient and good in many ways, but the one thing that was disappointing was that it was a little noisy because it was under construction nearby

Perfect.
It is perfect for me and my 12 years old girl. The location is good and the employees were trying to do their best. I will use this hotel again.

Convenient walking distance to Coex mall. Subway is conveniently located right outside of the hotel. Dining options and cafes right around the corner. Being on the ninth floor is not high enough to escape the noise of cars honking. Try to get a room on a higher floor is possible

Great stay
Convenient location with easy subway access (line 2) to anywhere in Seoul. Hotel room is extremely clean and bed is super comfy. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to COEX which has plenty of shopping and dining choices.

It is right in the center of everything but my hotel room was dark and dirty. The furniture was broken and barely staying together, not to mention how small it is. You're really only paying for the location... there are better places than this.

Well located near COEX. Easy access from and to Incheon International Airport. The Samseong subway station exit 1 is just steps from the hotel entrance. The room is small and cosy and quiet despite facing the main road. Overall my 4 nights stay has been very pleasant.

Perfect location
Everything about this hotel was great: location, service, comfortness, etc. It’s right in front of metro station, across street from department store and COEX (a huge shopping area), and other famous shops and restaurants. Only bad part about my stay was some senseless people who smoked in their room (the hotel offered room change after complaints immediately).
