Jay and Sue were the best! Jay helped me with an issue that arose 30mins into check and stayed till after he was supposed to leave. Sue knew all the places to go. Highly recommend staying here just for them.

Front desk customer service 👌
The unit was big and spacious. The front desk customer service was what really elevated my stay. They helped me with everything and even told me where to find things locally.

Great stay and price for Yeoksam area
My stay was great. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. I emailed them abiut possibly arriving after checkin because my flight was delayed few hours and they replied quickly with instructions. I did arrive few minutes prior to closing reception/front desk and greeted me with smile and were happy to see me. Hotel was quiet. My bed was comfortable, I stayed in a twin bed room, I only used 1 bed. Shower was great. Excerise room and laundry room were convenient. I didn't use the swimming pool. Hotel is close to airport limousine drop off and pickup, subways and bus stops. Many restaurants nearby and GS25/7eleven stores. I have 1 or 2 photos of the room but cannot upload at the moment.

Not a four star hotel
I thought I had found a steal when I found this four star hotel for the price. Turns out, this hotel is affordable because it really is not a four star hotel. The staff, service and location are great but the rooms are not. The room I had looked nothing like the photos. It had these tacky vinyl floors and no carpet like the photos. The baseboards were dirty and not well taken care of. The shower was full of mold (see photos). Please stop advertising this as a four star hotel.

Best Hotel Destination in Seoul
We had a great time at hotel grammos. The staff was always helpful and friendly, the room was clean and beautifully designed with ample space. The location was good too, in Gangnam surrounded by many convenience stores and late night restaurants, we were never lacking anything. The price we paid for our stay was also of very good value, we stayed for 3 weeks and paid 40% less than other hotels of similar quality would have requested! I would like to give a big thanks to the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly to us during our stay. We will definitely come back again to hotel grammos when we are back in Seoul.

The room and the rooftop pool were great. The gym not so and had a damp smell. Was a bit of a walk up the hill from Gangnam station so better to get off at the next train stop.

I had a perfect experience with that hotel! People are nice, room was nice and clean, there is a beautiful pool area on the rooftop, but what really stood out for me (in a positive way) was the amazing service! Especially the lady at the reception called Sue! An Angel in disguise:)

I'm only taking the time to write this review to give a huge shout out to Sue, who was the receptionist in the evenings. She was incredibly helpful days before my trip. She took the time to communicate via Whatsapp with me and help me with my questions very quickly, EVEN IN HER DAY OFF! (Sorry again Sue). Very detail and service oriented! One of the best staff people I encountered in my 24-day SEA trip!

Good hotel for the price. Excellent staff!!
The staff were all AMAZING and extremely kind, helpful and super accommodating. The hotel itself, is definitely older and a bit outdated, however very spacious. For the price they we paid, it was a good deal and great location. Lots of convenient stores, restaurants and coffee shops around. 4 min walk to the train station and it’s 1 train stop away from gangnam station and 45 min train ride to myeongdong and hongdae and etc. Great location if you’re looking to stay close to gangnam area!

Small, quaint hotel. Calm, peaceful, serene atmosphere. Not too many people. Extremely clean. Easy access to laundry. Front door is off a small side street. Korean suite is spacious and comfortable. Staff is wonderful.
