This hotel was good but I'm not sure I would come back. We had a room that was in the attached building. There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. The staff were very friendly and the location is walking distance to some really hip stores like Gentle Monster and we did not get a chance to eat nearby. I would recommend if you enjoy moodier lighting, traveling a bit lighter, and perhaps alone.

Excellent location near a close by subway station and a 24 hour convenient store near by. Wonderful customer service. Everyone has been accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Good value for $. Safe. Friendly staff assisted in getting taxi cabs when needed. They answered promptly and came to fix a lighting issue in the room. The room work table is really small and the chair is wedged between an unnecessary (to me) sofa and the table that makes it most inconvenient to access the phone chargers or work on that table. Hotel in prime location - about five minutes walk from Sinsa Station.

Noiy room
The noise from the traffic outside was nearly unbearable and I wanted to leave almost as soon as we arrived. The room itself was nice and the location made it worth it. But for the price I expect better sound insulation

The hotel is very clean, but the bed is quite soft and causes back pain. There is 2 separate wings in the hotel, and there is a water filter machine on level 3 between the two wings. The location of the hotel is quite far from the nearest train station, but is surrounded by many cafes and eateries. There is an airport bus that goes to the hotel which is about 5 mins walk away. The hotel service staff can’t really understand English and were not very friendly. However an average hotel, would recommend customers to stay at a hotel near the city as travelling around would be more convenient.

Staff is helpful and nice. The room and the toilet are big compare with other hotel. Very close to the shopping street and full of restaurants around. Just a bit far from the station. Overall it’s good.

Air conditioner problem
The air conditioner was turned off in anticipation of the winter weather, but it was very hot at night when we stayed. We were advised to open the windows, but we were so close to the highway outdoors it was very noisy at night / morning. We could also hear the machinery noise of the next door heater, which was annoying too. Other than this glitch, all other aspects of the hotel was great.

Good Hotel
I use to go to Seoul for work and I have been to La Casa a few times; the hotel is cosy and quiet, connected to a design and lifestyle store and in a very nice area with plenty of cool shops and nice restaurants. Rooms are simple yet stylish, with very comfortable bed and good working showers. Breakfast should be improved with more options.

Amazing Location, good value for money
The Location of the hotel is great, within the heart of Gangman with plenty, pleeenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops around. It can be easy reached with Airport bus 6006 - around 60minutes driving for 15,000 Wong.- The room is big and clean, but the staff can be more friendly and interested in the guests. My husband stayed there for the fourth time within 2 years and they did not even say "welcome back"

POOR WIFI! If you are planning on a business stay and requires good wifi network, dont stay here. How poor is poor? The room wifi can only accomodate 1 device, and will disconnect frequently. The staff ask you to tap to other rooms available. And the staff also admit that the wifi is unstable amd same floors are out of order. Also, no desk light.

Weekend getaway
It's the second time I stayed in this hotel. I like the location which is 7mins walk to Garosugil and along the way there are lots of cafes and boutiques. Hotel itself is cool and clean. I always choose East wing with wooden floor rooms. The only drawback was the first night it was quite noisy outside (probably Friday night) and the sound proof between rooms are not so well.

Over the years of frequent visits to Seoul, I usually stay at La Casa for its location and lovely boutique hotel ambience. However the staff are no longer as friendly, warm and helpful as they used to be. Sure they will fulfill your requests and are as polite as they can be but I get the feeling that they can barely tolerate foreigners like me. Very cold attitudes. They are nicer to Koreans staying at the hotel. If you are working in a hotel and have to deal with foreigners on a daily basis, shouldn’t you enjoy interacting with foreigners and be enthusiastic about it? I will probably look at alternative hotels on my next visit to Seoul, which is happening soon.

Good hotel at great location
In general the stay was quite pleasant. Although the hotel was a bit old, the rooms are pretty well kept and had the basic amenities. It’s convenient, close to tons of shops, close to airport bus stop and also the subway station (10 minute walk). We interacted with a couple of staff. The one who checked us in was rude, the one whose checked us out was nice

La Casa Seoul
My second time staying at La Casa. Would have been perfect if there was a gym but location was perfect with a cafe and a 24/7 convenient store right outside.Rooms are great, modern and clean. Most taxi drivers didn't know about La Casa hotel thou, had to be quite specific with the exact location. Wifi can be improved.

Location was very good. Rooms are sufficient. I booked 2 rooms. One room I booked and paid a day before arrival to make sure at least one room will be available for our 6am arrival. Rooms were available but they charges extra 50 USD for early arrival on the second room despite me paying for the other room previous day. I understand that it's an early arrival but rooms were available and I had Expedia Gold Plus which mentioned that this property allows early check in. Staff at Check in was not friendly at all. I just paid because she would not listen to my appeal.

The location for Hotel La Casa is pretty good. It is just a few minutes walk to the Garuso-gil shops and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Note though that the nearest subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. If you're coming from Incheon Airport, there is an airport limousine bus stop nearby (about 2 minute walk). When we were there, they are still finishing up some renovation works but that did not really affect us. Our room was rather spacious and nicely decorated. It was a pretty comfortable stay but don't expect five-star service from the staff as this is not that kind of accommodation.

Service was low grade. No complementary drink at all. They charge parking fee which is no advantage for accomodation guests. The location was perfect but it was so loud at night from the road traffic sound. The sanitary condition was not also great to be seen. Overall, i'd rather stay other hotels near sinsa-dong. Highly unreccommend.:((

There are NO queen beds. I feel I overpaid for this hotel. Drafty. My room smelled like old cigarettes. The location is the best part of the stay. And our purpose for staying at that partocular hotel.

Great experience, neat and clean and high-class furniture and beddings provided two deep-sleep nights for my stay in Seoul. Plus the almost 24-hr dining facility was just great comfort for me.
