Walls are thin and past midnight lots of loud people in the hallway. Lighting in the hallway is dark as we walk towards our room. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so water everywhere after use. One elevator is old and just patched with brown paper around it. Lobby is very small. If you want to stay in cheap and convenience around Hongdae then this might be it but I didnt feel safe. The rooms looked like a dorm.

Warning sign fur anyone considering to stay in this hotel. The hotel has been the worst hotel that I have stayed. It is very dirty and not well maintained facility.

Staffs are helpful and efficient. Location is convenient with many dining options, nearest Hongik Univ subway station is 7 min. walk away. Drawbacks are... room is small for 4 adults, not enough space for 4 mid size luggages. Room lightings are insufficient, a bit dim even with all lights turned on. Toilet glass door is only partially glossed, hence can see through inside.

So easy to get to via the airport railroad. 711 right outside. Friendly staff that are there too help. Check in is at 3pm local time but they will store your bags up front.

We stayed in the family suite. Towels and bed linens were stained. We had to request new pillows because the two on the bed had huge stains. The same goes for towels. We requested new towels only to realized that our replacement was much more stained than the ones originally in the room. You could also tell the room cleaning was very subpar. The tub, which was huge, was disgusting. There was an old, left behind toothbrush by it that was obviously missed during cleaning. There were clumps of dust in corners of the room and by the nightstand. The toilet could've been cleaned better. There were brown stains in the area where everything gets flushed into like there wasn't much effort to clean in there. The walls were oddly dirty too. They had brown scuff marks all over and the room lacked any type of wall decor. It was a very very plain room. All night we heard a sound from above us that sounded like what I imagined was a water heater kicking on or an A/C unit.

Property seems to be getting old including fixtures and bath tub. Sink was clogged and faucet needs to be replaced as well. Good location and friendly staff. Hope to see some improvements on next visit !

Old, Dark & Outdated
The room was too dark, half the lights were out. The pillows were rock hard and the bedding felt old. The whole room was tired looking and had a lot of dust. It does not look like the pictures at all, I would not have stayed here for full price at all.

Location was good and easy to get anywhere in hongdae, haepjeong and sangsu, need to work on cleaning rooms, very dusty and the counter had something sticky, easily taken care of with wet wipes. Sometimes the bathtub is a part of the room so keep that in mind if you are booking with friends. Staff was super friendly when we spoke with them, slightly nervous I think about speaking in English but I am never bothered by that. Building next door is under construction but that’s not the fault of the hotel, but be warned if you are a light sleeper in the AM.

I LOVE the oversized bathtub in my room. The coffee machine wasn’t working at the Humming Bella coffee shop / bakery shop. Tea was available though.

The shower room door could not be closed. Rang Hotel reception and was advised to use towers to block the door and they will provide unlimited tower to dry the floor if water leaked out. It is a joke a shower door cannot be closed and was told all rooms are like this. BIG FAT LIE.

when we arrived, the room door was open and smell bad, there is a tissue paper in the toilet (not flush yet). there is a spider web on the ceiling too. We end up didn't stay and went to somewhere else

Hotel was nice, room spacious enough for one. Couldn't get tv reception or get hot shower but didn't bother to approach front desk as only staying one night. Breakfast set was good. Location near shopping and eating outlets. Subway walkable distance.

I was so surprised at how nice this place was! I had a bath tube that could have fit 6 people in, the bed was fairly comfy for an Asian country and the property was just about 5 min walk from the subway and all the hustle and bustle that hongdea has to offer! I will always stay here when in Korea. And it was super cheap!

Honestly it was nothing like the images showed. The room was tiny with little to no space for the two of us to put our suitcases. the bed on the left side had broken bits falling off. Honestly the rooms were so basic and nothing like the images or the concept of the hotel. Was just overall disappointed as it was nothing like we expected. However the staff were very helpful and kind.
