The hotel is centrally located and it is very assessable to subway line 2 and 5. The price was very reasonable for a location like this. However, the bathtub was a bit small and it was uncomfortable to soak myself in there. Also, the breakfast did not have many varieties and the food was the same every day. I had the breakfast for three days and everything is exactly the same. To be honest, it was not a pleasant experience.

very close to everything help us call the taxi go to airport, but no toiletries pillow is so hard we cannot charge our phone until you buy your own gadgets like adapter because the outlet is not matching with my phone charger we cannot use our iron for hair unless you have adapter.

The night market and shopping area are about a mile from the hotel, walkable. Near bus and train station. There’s a Michelin star restaurant nearby, very good food. Night market is fun.

Fuss free, good size room for family although not the newest, it is well-located near shopping, food and beautiful walk along Cheonggyecheon stream. A more local vibe.

Great Mature Hotel
Great location to explore Myeongdong, Namdemun, and Tower area. Hotel surrounded by hardware, toolshop. Plenty shops selling Bidet. Room is okay only bathroom is tiny. Yes Bidet.

We took subway from Seoul and it is easy to locate it. Staff is friendly and we can get good food nearby.

This is a great hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks. It’s a well kept hotel. It’s in a great location which is super convenient for transportation around Seoul. The bed was comfortable and the room is quiet. The housekeeping staff are lovely and work so hard. They kept my room nice. Loved my stay and will stay here again when I return. 😀

I would recommend paying a bit more for central Myeongdong. It wasn’t clean enough. Pillows and sheets were a bit stained and washroom smelled of mildew even though it had been cleaned. Also the shower curtain was stained with mildew as if the curtain hadn’t been changed winced they opened.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet despite the busy area around it. Price was very reasonable as well. We liked that we weren’t disturbed during out stay. We stayed 19 nights and we didn’t need cleaning every day. However, staff was very rude when we requested for just water without cleaning the second night of our stay (complementary 2 water bottles and 2 coffee every day) Front staff said we cannot demand water. So we ended up requesting unnecessary cleaning every time we needed water, which was ok. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great place to stay.
This hotel was lovely and in a great location. There were lots of walkable areas to see and it was close to subways and bus stops as well. I do wish there had been a microwave somewhere I could have used. There may have been one somewhere, but I didn't see one and kept forgetting to ask. We also had difficulty getting the room cool enough for sleeping comfortably, but that may have been our fault as well since we never asked for help to fix the issue. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I've stayed here twice before, when it was the Sutton Hotel (10 years ago) and when it became Venue G. Usual problem - money not spent on up-keep of rooms with damage, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, a socket that doesn't work etc. A shame because the location is great. Probably won't stay again until changes are made.
