The room was smaller than expected but has everything you need from washer to range. The manager lives in the same building and was easily accessible by phone.

If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to go. You can go to Jamsil Stadium within 15mins on foot. The residence is also located at GangNam where you can enjoy a wonderful nightlife.

広々とした快適な部屋でした。ほとんどそろえてあるし、雨の日もありましたが、傘も２本下駄箱に入ってました。とても助かりました。ここに泊まる為に韓国に行きたいくらいです

綺麗な部屋でした。タオル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ハンドソープ、食器スポンジ、洗剤ボディーソープも一応ありますが量が少なかったりするので基本的に自分で用意して行った方が良いです。ホテルではないので、タオル交換、掃除、ゴミ捨ては滞在中はありません。洗濯機、乾燥機、ハンガー、掃除機があるので気になる方は自分で掃除出来ます。 駅も近く、快適に泊まることが出来ました。

初めてアパートタイプの部屋に宿泊しましたが、広いお部屋とタオルなどホテルと同等に準備されていて良かったです。 仁川空港までのリムジンバス乗り場が近く立地最高でした。 また宿泊したいです。

Really the best place to be near COEX!
정말 집에서 지내는 것 같이 편하게 쉬다가 갑니다! 취사도구도 있고, 위치도 너무너무 좋아서 앞으로 근처 출장있으면 꼭 이용할 것 같아요. It's really is the perfect stay for a quick work trip. Super cozy, got all the amenities including a dryer! Highly recommended on all accounts.

코엑스 출장차 이용하였고 3박하였습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋고, 코엑스와 가까와서 잘 사용하였습니다. 청결도는 물론이고 여러가지 필요한 물품들이 잘 준비되어 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 다음에도 이용할 생각입니다.

24時間の警備の方がいて安心。 1階にはカフェとコンビニがありとても便利 駅、COEXまで徒歩数分とすごく便利。 お部屋の設備も十分でした。 また利用したいです。

立地便利
サムスン駅から近く便利な立地でした。レジデンスタイプなのでホテルのサービスを求める方には不向きだと思いますがオーナーさんも親切でしたしお部屋に色々用意されていて特に不便はなく満足しています。 タオル類がバス、フェイスタオル宿泊人数各1枚ずつなので毎日洗濯するのが面倒だからタオルだけもう少し貰えたらもっと良かったですね。
