Great place to stay. Room has washing machine & cook top. Microwave oven on each floor near lift. Good location. I loved my stay & will stay here again when I retun to Seoul.

Fantastic stay for reasonable price. The location of the property was excellent for access to the metro and local Insadong area. Walkable to one of the main palaces and other tourist attractions. The metro is a five minute walk from the hotel so it’s easy to get to other areas. The hotel room is small but well fitted out. We really appreciated the fridge and washing machine and the staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. There is hot water in the foyer but the chap at reception noticed we liked tea and gave us a kettle for our room. We liked the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned every day and that they asked us if/when we wanted the bedding changed - far more environmentally friendly! Towels were readily available in reception as was water and toilet rolls. Best of all worlds in our view. We had a twin room very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Great location, great facilities, friendly staff and great value for money. Would definitely stay there again

Great location, but not in the best conditions
Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes, and short walk to major sites. The staff was also lovely and provided unlimited water bottles and towels. The hotel and room itself felt quite old and no curtain in shower meant that the whole bathroom gets wet. The washing machine is also in the men's bathroom in the lobby which was odd and meant as females we were uncomfortable going in while men are using urinals.

Great place to stay with amazing staff who are really nice and friendly. Always smiling and have a really good personal touch! 100% will be back when I'm next in Seoul! Room is a little small but that isn't a massive deal given the good price

I had such a nice time staying here for 6 nights! The guys at reception are so lovely and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at close by and also a lot of little boutique style shops scattered through the alleyways. Will definitely stay here again😊

Awesome stay
Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff speak English and are very knowledgeable about the area and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and make your stay better. My room had full size fridge, washer and counter top. Bathrooms were good, had hot water, amenities, rooms are about the size of your typical NYC hotel room. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Awesome location and helpful staff. Kept rooms very clean as we moved rooms a couple times due to extending a stay. So many restaurants near and the closest train station was 2-3 minutes away. I also left something behind when switching rooms and the receptionist was kind enough to bring it to me. Overall great place best bang for your buck.

Had a great two-week stay. The proprietors were lovely and so helpful. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to have a clothes washer in the room, and there was a dryer on the main floor for a small charge of W5,000 (about US$4). Bottled water was provided daily. Location is so good. Very short walk to Jongno 3-ga subway station, where you can get the 1,3 and 5 lines. Area is vibrant, especially in the evenings, but the noise doesn't reach the hotel. Slept great every night once the jet lag wore off.

This property had horrible customer service. Front line staff also known as the owner of the hotel had poor communication skills in addition to amenities that were not shared with guests upon check in. I would highly recommend that future individuals do not book this hotel.

I stayed for 5 nights. The place is easy to access from the train station and the staffs were super nice and friendly. Communication was hassle-free and smooth as the staff speak English very well. The room has washing machine inside which was great! They provide free laundry powder, so you can do laundry for free (but if you need the dryer you need to pay about 3000 won). They room itself was good and very comfortable for solo traveler. If you have big luggage and travel in pair the space could be a bit tight for two people, but should be manageable. The wallpaper in the room was a bit old and I found a baggage tag from previous guest on the wall... It went unnoticed by the cleaner some how. Overall the stay was value for money and as advertised. Would stay here again.

Amazing hotel
Superb hotel and value for money, comfortable, clean, modern, welcoming drink on arrival. Complementartmy water, slippers and dressing gown. Free airport transfer. Superb hotel, close to shops. Its only hotel i will choose to stay in incheon.

Awesome residency. Minor problem with air conditioner that kept turning off automatically even when it wasn’t scheduled to. Other than that, rooms are very well equipped and the personnel is very helpful! Enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are minimalist, but you are not there to spend time I. Your room right. I wanted to bring pizza in late one night and the slender gentleman at the night desk told me it was not advised, tho there are kitchenettes in rooms??? Hair dryer kept shorting out. Awesome washer in room but must go to lobby for dryer and pay 1000 won. Would I stay here again, knowing what I am getting......... yes I would.

For ordering a food from outside we made a decision that we do not provide a customer an information of a delivery shop to reduce a food smell. In fact it is not good a customer feel a food smell on entering a room. We feel sorry for making you inconvenient for the clothe dryer and the hair dryer. Great location and value for the price!
Great Hotel overall. Service was excellent with English speaking (for the most part) staff, and the location was awesome since it was centrally located. The rooms are a little small compared to western standards, but we were not expecting a resort and used the hotel mainly to sleep. Remember to bring a power adapter if you are from the states, and the wifi is reliable. Breakfast is of lower standard compared to US hotel breakfasts, but it got the job done to get us a little bit of energy in our stomachs before we ventured out into the city and eat elsewhere for lunch. Highly recommend for the price! If you are looking for a hotel to chill and relax with the family in this place might not be the best for you, but if you are in Seoul to explore what the city has to offer this place is perfect.

A little difficult to find, but close to great cafes and restaurants/subway. Facility was clean and the use of a washing machine in the room was perfect (no dryer or place to hang clothes though)

It is just like a home where u can cook your own food. Very easy to get around as the metro is only few blocks away. Also, there are many sightseeing places, restaurants, shops and convenient stores nearby.

Staffs are excellent service and friendly, and they all speak English. Location is excellent. All the metros, restaurant, convenient shops are around the hotel. Only the facilities in the room is bad, airconditioner could not be used during the spring season, hair dryer was not working so well, only one dyer machine in the lobby 1000won charged for 60mins was annoying me.

The room is just the same as posted on the website. Overall the room was clean and well maintained. The only bad point of the room is, there is no space to keep the luggage :(

Great experience in this family own hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful! It is in the middle where the locals hang out- tons of restaurants and two blocks away from Insadong street. The subway is also a block away and plenty of sightseeing places near by (palaces, temples, and museums). I will highly recommend this hotel. The room were tiny, but very clean. DW :-)

The room was so tiny couldn't believe it. It was a small storage room size. it's only about 9-10 steps from the door to double bed fitted right to the adjacent wall. Definitely not worth the room cost. However, the hotel provided a local phone for free of charge. Location wise was hard to find and not so great area.

The hotel is located close to the train station and within 30 minutes walk to all the local attractions. The staff spoke good English and were very friendly. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room is too too small and the location is awful. Not only that the AC is out of control and the breakfast was lousy. It was just terrible staying and experience ever so I couldn’t stay any more. After a few days I checked out the hotel during the middle of my paid-staying, therefore I lost and wasted a lot of my money. The pictures they put into their Ad, they’re all fake.
