The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Enjoyed the stay and environment very much. We may consider getting the all inclusive pass for the next stay so that we can have access to the all the sea sports.

If you ever wanted a hotel so close to Bali airport that you could practically throw your suitcase onto the runway, this is it. Location? Perfect. Sea nearby, airport nearby—basically, you’re winning at geography. The rooms? Awesome. Everything you need, and probably a few things you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without. The breakfast? Let’s just say it was so good we briefly considered extending our stay just to keep eating. Honestly, probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve had...

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.

I'm a repeat visitor to Puri Santrian. It's great mix of local flavour, gorgeous location and suburb food and facilities - simply the best choice when in Bali.

The paradisus, like the name indicates, satisfied all our expectation for a new 5-star hotel. With all the convenience provided by modern and well thought design of various facilities, it still manages to keep the traditional beauty that people appreciate very much in Bali. Great experience, one of the best hotels in Kuta. Breakfast had a good spread of continental and Asian cuisine. Wifi was not so great at the restaurants and one of the elevator to my room had some issues. Pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints

We stayed at Hyatt for about a week and had the most beautiful time! Bali Hyatt Hotel is by the sea where there are surfing activities and surfboards for rental, with guides, right there at Hyatt! The pool is fun and HUGE! The service is slow due to the gigantic space of Hyatt but relax, it will come. The night outdoor authentic Balinese dining at Hyatt, with stage performance is spectacular!
