The location is unbeatable and incredibly convenient, surrounded by tons of restaurants, convenience stores, shops, arcades, and even a cinema. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the elevators were sufficient and efficient. The rooms are a bit small, but the shower and bathtub are fantastic. Overall, it was a fun and memorable Tokyo experience for families."

"My rooms curtains were dusty but overall the room was clean and in decent condition. We couldn’t get our AC to work for the week we were there but the window could open so we slept with the window open. The breakfast was delicious and clean and helped us start the day. It was very convenient to have the family mart in the hotel as well. Great travel hotel!"
