Stayed here for the Easter Weekend with my husband, it was our third time staying at the motel. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great to lounge around at during the day. The motel is close to shopping and dining, and a short walk to the beach. I would gladly stay here again and recommend

Good location but I do not recommend at all. We pulled out the couch bed and it was filled with bugs, at least 10-12 ran out and were hiding within the seams of the mattress. The reception was already closed so we had to wait until morning to talk to them. We had a terrible sleep knowing how many bugs were in the couch mattress, and most likely in our bed as well. When I went to reception in the morning, hoping for some sort of solution to make up for it, I was told at first that there wasn’t and never had been bugs in any of the rooms, and when I said I had pictures, the owner said “well I don’t see 10 bugs like you said there were, I only see one” (I had taken a close-up of it hiding in the seams). After that, he then said “of course there are bugs everywhere, you’re in Australia”. I was talking calmly to him the entire time, and he continued yelling at me, red in the face. I’ve never been spoken to like this by anyone, especially someone who should have handled the issue a lot more professionally.

Hi Melissa,Following your departure, we were notified directly that you had failed to inform us about a third person staying with you, which was not discussed during check-out. This situation incurs an additional charge for the sofa bed. As previously discussed via email, we inspected the room after your departure and found no bugs, including in the creases of the lounge and mattress.Despite our efforts, the recent heavy rainfall over the last three weeks has made it challenging to prevent small insects such as ants and other bugs from entering the rooms, despite regular pest control measures. Upon check-in, guests are provided with an after-hours contact number, and we also have a manager who resides on-site.We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and are pleased to hear that you have safely returned home to Canada.

Clean, roomy, modern decor. The only down side was that for a booking of 3 people we were given 4 coffee sachets. Not even enough for at least a coffee on entry and coffee in the morning each. Let alone for those who have 2 sachets per coffee. It's not like it would have been a big cost yet it was a big oversight. Office was closed most of the time so could not get any service.

Great location within easy walking distance to The Junction supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Beautiful spacious room, large private balcony and very welcoming check-in. Highly recommended for a great value stay in Noosa.

Hard to review this. Could have been great but let down by the following: 1. Price: over-priced for location and type of facilities. 2. Shoddy service: whilst the staff I spoke to were fabulous, friendly, helpful and professional, I reported the malfunctioning and rusty refridgerator to 3 different staff during our 5 night stay, all of which were ignored. We therefore had no fridge as anything put in there became soaking wet and unsanitary. The fridge was rusty and old and needs replacing. 3. General maintenance. Whilst the room was soacious and could have been lovely, there was rust and wear around the bathroom and it could use a freshen up. Otherwise, green and lovely landscaping, some lovely staff.

We booked a last minute trip to Noosa for the holidays and came across this motel by chance. Matt the owner was very helpful and looked after us during our stay. A little local gem that’s only a 10 minute walk from Hastings street. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend to stay here if you would like to be close to Hasting Street and main beach without having to pay the big price tag. Would definitely stay again on our return.

This place rules! It was by far one of the cheapest options in the area and was SO NICE! The woman who checked us in was so pleasant and helpful, we were a quick walk to the beach/park and an even quicker walk to the little downtown with restaurants and shops. Can't recommend this place enough if you're in Moosa

Reasonably priced at a walking distance to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. The rooms are simple, recently renovated and comfy. Staff were very accommodating for our late check in. Would definitely stay again :)

We found we had two days ‘free’ on our visit to Australia to see close family. Always loved Noosa so took the opportunity to visit. We were not disappointed with our choice of hotel. A simple, clean, room was required - Noosa Heads Hotel ticked every box. Close to excellent restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Perfect.

This was a beautiful room and an excellent location. It was a close and scenic walk to the beach and many shopping and dinning options, wonderfully close to the national park, and even closer to more dinning options just down the hill. Check in was easy, parking convenient, and the room was nice and clean! Would definitely stay here again.
