"I would definitely give a 5star to this hotel if the breakfast wasn’t this bad. Everything is perfect, rooms, pools, lobby, views, service, staffs. The only downside is breakfast which is poor, stingy and in a terrible separated room, absolutely disaster coffee, which ruins the way you would start your day. If you ever decide to book this hotel, give yourself a favour and plan your breakfast outside, perhaps in KLCC. Apart from breakfast, loved everything and might come back again. "

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Close to 2 train stations most sites only 2 stops away. Convenience store on premises. Pool lovely to cool off but very hot during day. Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat. Overall loved our stay there. "
