"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....

The stay was amazing. Check in was super fast. The front desk had all the things prepared beforehand and was just waiting for my appearance. Thats how efficient it was this time round. Banquet staff were also very helpful and friendly. They attended to my needs promptly. All the staff in fact made everyone feel welcome by the usual greetings.
