"Highly recommend. This hotel was beautiful and everything about it was picture perfect. The rooms and vicinity were clean, spotless and smelled fresh and new. They had an onsen or hot bath which was the perfect way to start and end the day. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and had so many selections of hot/cold variety, it was so good. The staff and customer service were beyond my expectation, they were extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were awesome, and they provided all toiletries and essentials. If there was one place I’d stay over and over again this would be it! I would highly recommend to stay here. The location is conveniently next to the train and so close to Tokyo Bay, Disneyland and the city! This hotel had everything and more than I expected. What a great find and reasonably priced at the time of booking. If I had known that this place was immaculately clean and conveniently located I would’ve extended my stay much longer if I could. I definitely recommend and will return here on my next trip. This hotel was just beautiful!!"

Located in a quieter part of Shimbashi, the hotel offers a peaceful and comfortable place to relax while still being very convenient. The underground access to nearby train stations, shops, and convenience stores was a big plus. The self-service laundry was also very convenient and a great feature. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Over all it was a fine hotel; the room has more space than other ones even with two beds. The breakfast: the variety of food was overwhelmingly wide, so it was pricy. I would like everyone to make sure to charge the phone in the room: they do not let us use the outlet in the building unless you pay ¥1,400 for a cup of coffee in the cafe on the second floor. The lobby was very very crowded with groups of the guest, which is great for the hotel."
