"The property was amazing! Loved the classic style and the gorgeous patio overlooking the water. The staff were outstanding. Had lots of fun with the whole entertainment team- shout out to Raziel, Galilea, and Andrei just to name a few! The food was fantastic too! Really enjoyed the Queen show. I would definitely return. "We had never been to Cabo before. The Hyatt looked very nice in pictures, so we thought, lets go! We were very impressed and pleased with this location for many reasons. The first few days we really didn't want to go anywhere, and we needed to just relax. There is a huge market about a half a mile away, uphill, but I need the exercise. We made breakfast in our room and enjoyed our view of the ocean from our balcony. Didn't hurt that there were whales everywhere putting on a show. They ham it up for the whale watchers, but I'm ok with that because they were easily visible from our balcony, and it was amazing to watch. Bringing binoculars next time, but they were only 150-200 yards away. The Hyatt had great dinners every night, and we took full advantage of it! We loved the food there!! Our waiter Arturo was great. For that matter, the whole staff was very nice. Always smiling and laughing with the guests, very friendly, and they seemed to be having fun at their jobs, but working hard at the same time. The bellboy Fernando was also especially nice to us. He delivered our bags, showed us our room, made sure we knew where everything was, checked out beach chairs and umbrellas for us, and always with a huge smile. We also enjoyed pool aerobics, a salsa lesson, and especially the cooking class with Chef Rodolfo that featured chsalsa, guac, and ceviche. The Chef taught us a lot and was really funny. Also, we got to eat large portions of everything. We can't wait to go back! "

"This is my second time at the Santa Fe. This time we travelled with our friends and had our room in building 4. We were very happy again with the resort, the staff and the cleanliness and the food was great. We stayed for 10 days and only have one complaint. The Steakhouse needs an overhaul on how it handles its visitors. We went twice during our stay. The first time we were told they didn’t take reservations and gave us a buzzer and said it would be about an hour. We got in 90 minutes later. Service and food was wonderful on that occasion. On February 1st we attended again and were given a buzzer and were told an hour to hour and 15 minute wait. After an hour and a half we returned to see how much longer only to find people on the waitlist after us had already been let in. Other people waiting said they were told to come at a certain time to get in with no buzzer. One couple complained and was allowed in while another couple guests who were told to come in were then told to get back in line while the couple who complained got in. The lady working giving out buzzers asked me 5 times for my room number and how many guests. We finally got in almost 2 and a half hours after signing up. The waiter basically ignored us, table wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask for silverware, had to ask for buns, were told there was no red wine but clearly saw there was and had to ask again for it. Horrible service. Otherwise the resort is fantastic. "

"This was the full package! This property was so beautiful, the staff were beyond wonderful, the food and drinks were amazing. The service was top tier from beginning to end with every single employee being more than pleasant and accommodating. The butler service was incredible and made our stay even more special (shout out to Daniel, he was amazing!) and don’t forget to book a spa day, it was an experience to die for! "

"This resort is AMAZING! I may be biased because I got engaged here but even before the engagement, we were in love with this property. First, SO CLEAN! Our housekeepers were amazing and I’m pretty sure came twice a day. Second, the facility is SO clean. Everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there and help in anyway. This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely. The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff. The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here! This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here."

"This resort is beautiful, good food, good drinks, great staff. Definitely caters to those looking for a chill, relaxed vibe. Access to the beach was also prime.Only cons, the resort could benefit from a more diverse/robust assortment of entertainment (more games at the pool, longer sessions of evening live music, etc). Overall, would highly recommend for those looking a chill, luxurious kind of vacation. 9/10"
