Property was nice, a bit far from the the main attractions but with public transportation available close by. Breakfast area was spacious but food options were limited compared to previous hotels I've been in Tokyo. Room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Great view from the room.

The hotel was clean, modern and in a good local with very helpful staff. The only complaint that my family had was that the supposedly 'hot' dishes at breakfast were not kept warm enough to even call them warm. If they fixed that, it would be 5 stars

This is my second time staying in Toyosu Jal city. My flight was delayed badly and the reception staff still serve me at 3:00am. There is also a shipping counter for mailing parcel and luggage. The room charge is not expensive. Lawson is at lobby. walking distance to fish market. overall, very nice performance .

In general, this was a nice hotel, conveniently located by three forms of public transportation. Absolutely no common area to sit (like lobby tables). If you want to eat food from the convenience store, be prepared to eat in your room.

Just OK

The hotel was OK - nothing more or less than we expected. We personally both found the bed very uncomfortable. My only real complaint is the day we checked out we were going to visit TeamLab Planets (a block away). We asked if they could hold our bags for a few hours (1-2pm pickup) - and we were told they could only hold them until noon... it seemed a little ridiculous.
