Room was spotless and always had fresh towels and sheets to come back to the hotel with during the day. Staff made check in so easy, and helped with a heavy parcel I preordered before arriving. Check out is so easy also - card into machine and off you go. Really good location being close to two connecting train lines and multiple convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Definitely an option if you are looking to halve your accomodation cost for a slight time sacrifice getting into the city and back when finished!!!

My experience at this property was great! It’s connected to the mall and close by to many food options or the train station to get around. I would recommend that this property change some food variety options for at least the breakfast. We went twice in a row during breakfast but expected for some of the food options to change. Japanese staff were helpful. Stayed there for three times. Not clean as before. Full of people. Self-serviced lockers were all used resulting in lots of luggages being put in the lobby. Very disappointed with the recent cancellation of free shuttle bus to/from Haneda Airport. Unlikely to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Fontaine. The room was comfortable and clean and the mall right next to it was great. The surrounding area suited us perfectly.
