The location of the hotel is fantastic - very central and convenient for getting around. The only minor downside during our stay (5 nights) was the room cleanliness; we noticed the vacuuming seemed to have been missed or rushed, as there was visible debris on the floor.

This place is clean and spacious. I also like that they have coin laundry option. I enjoyed staying here very much, there are Lawson and family mart within a 2 min walk. It is a bit of a walk from Ginza station but with the amount of food we eat everyday, it’s a good exercise. I would come back to this hotel when staying in Ginza.

We left feeling like we had found a great hotel in a great location that was affordable for American travelers. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a minor problem at check-in, and we really had no issues. They held our bags for us after check-out so that we could enjoy our last day in Japan hands-free. In terms of location, it was a great spot in Ginza, with both the fish market and shopping district within walking distance. The standard room was a bit small, but came as advertised. I would recommend this place to other American travelers.

Room was small, cosy and had all the necessary amenities including a smart TV which allowed you to sign in to your own netflix or prime accounts (plus a few others).
