"Basically we had a good stay at the property - it is not fantastic but not bad either, and staff were helpful, and arranged a pick up breakfast in the morning as we had to leave early. My one particular objection was the breakfast, which was poor (two slices of white bread with jam on it), but even worse, having booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (11 years old), which claimed to have breakfast included, I expect to get three breakfasts. We only got two. "

"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "

"The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. "

"I chose this place because it was near a charity project that I sponsor. It was minimal at best. The sheet on the bed was probably a month old. The shower had 5 gallons of hot water, maybe. Fourth floor walk up. Hot, but the AC worked slowly. Internet worked. Staff was very friendly but this is really just a very cheap place to stay. 2 hooks for clothes. No closet, no drawers, room was about 10 by 10."
