The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! I called to ask for extra pillows and told I couldn't have any. 6. Ask for extra towel to swim with and I had to pay $4sgd for a poor quality towel with a stain and literally falling apart. I suggest put lesser people in the breakfast area and more people in the cleaning area. Too many staff doing nothing...
