"Wow! That's all I can say. We got there, a bit exhausted from a flight, knowing we'd have to check out WAY too early, and just wanted a good night's sleep. We got more than that. To our surprise, they had upgraded us to a bigger, luxurious room that looked right over the town, with tons of space. Comfortable king bed, plenty of pillows... And there was an elevator! Thank you for making our final night in Portugal wonderful!!!"
