"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "Upkeep was not too good. The showerhead did not work. The person behind the desk at night was not helpful when we asked for an additional hour for checkout while when I asked someone different in the morning it was immediately approved. Breakfast was really good and the room was just fine. Not a central location but not too far out either. The WIFI worked well"

"It was one of the worst stays I've had, the bathroom was very dirty, there were two bathrooms in total, one of which was broken and very dirty and no one had cleaned it! There were more than 20 passengers and one toilet and shower that you had to stand in line for at midnight! It was below zero in terms of cleanliness and if I could, I would give it a zero score and overall for this hostel. Too much noise!"
