Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

We had a lovely stay at EQ, KL. The hotel and the hospitality were outstanding. Spacious rooms and friendly staff at the check in counter. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great location to shopping areas and local foods. Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

Facilities are a bit run down but generally comfortable. Service is prompt and service staff has excellent attitude. An enjoyable stay. Location is good too.

Amazing hotel stay! My group of 8 really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay at the same hotel in future! Super convenient with everything within walking distance. Stayed for 3 nights and did not even managed to walk the whole area! I love the ecofriendly the hotel is with filtered tap in the room so we don't need to waste plastic bottles! Highly recommend this hotel!

3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, excellent security coverage and close proximity to food and shopping malls

Staffs were extremely well trained, greeting you and offering a helping hand anywhere you go. Amenities were top notch except for the pool was a little small. Visited the gym, equipments were very new and advanced. Each machine had a towel and a bottle of water. The room was clean, but there’s slight Aging to it. With the differentiated service provided, I will definitely go back or recommend it to my friends.

Room very clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. Shopping and makan places are nearby. Room air conditioner very cold. Good.

It may not look fancy on the outside but the room is really good! Staff are helpful as well and the hotel location is good too. Directly opposite to Berjaya Times Square, 7-11 just downstairs and Sungei Wang Plaza just nearby as well too!
