Breakfast is fantastic and wide variety to choose. The staff will check the room number & show you to seat (indoor or outdoor). Then will ask if you would like coffee or tea. The service staff will also have small talk with us. Pleasantly impressed by the good work. Room are clean & staff are friendly. From check in to check out - the hotel staff services are excellent . Will stay again.

Great view of the paddy fields right at the moment you reach the hotel. Calm and tranquil are the atmosphere of the area. Room was spacious and so well kept. Loved the concept of no television in the room so you immerse into the nature of the surroundings. There's a bathtub and bath salts were provided. Definitely returning again!

We booked and stayed for 5 nights and got upgraded to premium room on our last nights. All the staffs are very attentive to our needs and help us to plan our itinerary. We given them some feedback and the front desk Chloe actually wrote back to check and assured that our concern.is addressed. I believe the team is trying hard to improve better. Keep it up!

Great service

Perfect weeklong family stay at Bay resort - fantastic location on the river close to everything but away from the crowds, impeccable service, great rooms, great pool. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay a memorable one, couldn’t recommend this place more!

We stayed in Tropical Home Villa for a relaxing 3 nights in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated how sincere and personable the owner was, going the extra mile to print out tourist maps and recommending popular dining spots for guests. He was very kind and eager to help with any questions and with tour arrangements / scooter rental (on site). The room itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable and the toilet is great, with a beautiful tub. It has a nice villa vibe...

It was peaceful and relaxing stay, a good respite from traffic and noise at Ancient Town. Staff were excellent in their service attitude. The buffet breakfast was very good in quality and spread was wide. Staff checked frequently and topped up even though it was near end of breakfast time. Menu changed daily and we enjoyed a new spread everyday. View from the dining area was also good. Could see the mountains and the farmland with cows grazing. Room was very clean and spacious, good walking...

Relative new hotel so all facilities are very clean and new. However, the staff are what makes the difference as they took the time to share the key attractions of Hoi An, making sure we get the best experience in this area. Hotel bicycles are also available for rental which we rode to explore Hoi An. Its truly a beautiful town to visit and Gem Riverside is at the quieter area, less of the buzzling city life and vehicle. We did our laundry here as well! Handwashed, clean and smells really good....

The view from our room on the top floor was excellent and gave us a bird's eye view of the surrounding paddy fields. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel welcome to his beautiful house. Staff were helpful. The house and garden with many bonsai were so beautiful and unforgettable. The breakfast had both local and Western options including Vietnamese coffee (yum!)
