"We are a family of 4 and the double bed room sounded so small for us but it was actually plenty of space with beds the rooms are smaller then US but it was just enough for our 4 luggage’s too. Staff is friendly. We Sent our laundry out to get wash it was back the same night folded and pack. Staff was so friendly and spoke English. Close to everything. Tokyo station is literally in the same side walk. There’s a convenience store down stairs. Coffee shops etc. Thank you for hospitality "

"my stay here was great its very calm and quiet definitely safe to walk around even late at night. they do have a spa however they're not tattoo friendly so u won't be able to use if u have tattoos. there's a convenient family mart on level 2 also which I loved . they have dining options as well. the breakfast I didn't really like I rather would go to McDonalds. the food was very bland . but other than that it was great staff was very nice and very helpful. "
