"Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, lots of snack food options in the convenience store. Room is bigger than I expected. Especially my son threw up in the bathroom and they gave us a new room to move in very quickly. Very helpful."

"the location of this property is close to metro station, about 5 minutes walking distance. the Japanese garden on the property is amazing and rarely found with hotels in Tokyo area. the area is quite as compare to hotels in Shinjuku. there are restaurants across the bridge after couple traffic lights, a Bic Camera store is also there. the only complaint is the rooms seem to be dated and could use some refresh. room size is good for two twin beds with still space to move around. they have two connected rooms (adjacent) option in case you need two rooms "
