It's incredible! Where can you find such a big room in Tokyo at an affordable and reasonable price! It comes with kitchen and small living room area as well. Their service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English. The amenities that they provide are very caring for individual (as you can see the child's slipper with a bear drawing sew on it). The hotel is right in the middle of 2 train station, Kayabacho station and Hatchobori station which has a 20 min...

Just opened a few months back so I booked this. Could see many family, couples and business travellers here. Check-in by a machine reader, you just need to scan your passport. My luggages were delivered from previous hotel and they were in the room already. Efficient. The cleaning is every two days. Pajamas, towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided. Toothbrush and everything else are self pick up at the first floor just like other hotels. Too bad no shower caps. They don’t have baby cribs but i...

Our second stay in this property, both times we totally enjoyed our stay here. The bunk bed for our kid was a fun experience while the room was big enough. There is easy access to the subway and bus stops too. Easy and nice walk to Tokyo Station too.
The only thing perhaps that could have been better would be more shops around the area, which is mostly filled with office buildings.

Space was manageable for family of 4 plus 4 luggage bags. Bunk beds and beds were comfortable. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. I had asked them questions before I checked in and they answered promptly and clearly. Really appreciate that they could store luggage bags that I had takkyubin-ed from Narita airport a few days before I checked in, for no extra charge. They also received packages from my online shopping, with the name used for room booking and the check-in date. They were...

Our 5 day 4 night stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean. The security is good, especially where guests can only access the floor where their room is located. Their staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is clean, comfortable and complete with amenities such as toiletries.
Royal Park hotel Tokyo Nihombashi is conveniently located above the subway station so getting around is super easy.

It is near to the bus terminal where you can board for Haneda or Narita. Very convenient, also near to the subway. It is on a quiet street. The building is very new and clean. The room and furnishings are modern and new. The washing machine is helpful for a family. I would consider it spacious by Tokyo standards. It is a self check in aparthotel, but there are staff around on the premises if you need assistance.

Short 5-10 minutes walk to Tokyo station, great if you’re using Tokyo as a base to travel around the region. Also lots of food options and shopping R Tokyo station and Ginza
