Very convenient

• Gorgeous hotel - beautiful interiors & great attention to detail • Superb location • Extremely helpful concierge • Superlative service all round • Housekeeping surprised me - they noticed certain ways I ‘used’ the room and took their own initiative to adapt to it • Excellent overall experience

Good food in hotel chinese restaurant and morning buffet...not cheap for breakfast...good nice hotel.

Very helpful staff buffet is one of the best

Excellent services since I set into the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. No complains. Breath taking view in the room. Will be back again.

Nice big clean room. Friendly staffs. Good exercise facilities. High floor room with great view and quiet. Very nice bathroom interior fitted with bath tub.

This is an excellent hotel. The building does not look glitsy from the outside, but the room I was given was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was white and spotless. The bath was in pristine condition and it was most relaxing to soak in with the bath salts provided. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A short taxi ride (RMB20) from Luohu immigration centre. Will stay there again.

Good location, attentive and friendly staff who resolved any issues we had promptly, clean and spacious room

This is my 3rd time at this hotel and it never disappoint. Posh rooms, service is superb and my kids love the swimming pool. Last visit was almost two years ago and everything looks so different now. Previously it was just a golf resort but now, there's a new huge shopping mall which just opened. Also a Hard Rock hotel opposite the mall which is still under construction, look forward to visiting again nxt year when it's ready as we had so much fun in the one at Orlando. Hope this one brings us...

nice, clean, big room. staffs are friendly and helpful . Special thanks to Ms Alice and Mr Rain who assists us during our stay. There is a big shopping mall just opposite the hotel where we can shop and dine.

Great Location. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Walkable to MixC mall nearby which offers many food options. Steps away from Ludancun Metro Exit. Suggest increasing the number of machines (especially dryer) in the Laundry Room as there was a long queue.

Large room, luxurious and well appointed. Automated curtains. Everything was thoughtfully done, including how toothbrushes and bedroom slippers were of two different colours for easy identification.

First of all, the room was extremely spacious, location is well connected to the metro, malls and dining options and is walkable to the highspeed rail station.
